Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Designer will spend a lot of time working with Attorneys to create visual evidence for cases. Designs and manages multiple projects, including but not limited to web site design, digital creative assets, email communications, videos, brochures, signage, advertising layouts, packaging, presentation materials, event design, and logo design.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Marketing Communications professionals, providing content and design expertise and technical knowledge to accomplish the desired look and feel of marketing materials.

Generate ideas, mock-ups, prototypes to help address current projects in cycle.

Build out graphic identity systems that roll-up to the WLG brand and brand guidelines.

Maintain, enhance, and adhere to WLG’s Brand Guidelines.

Effectively communicate and collaborate with stake holders at all levels at Witherite Law Group.

Work successfully in a multi-project, deadline driven and time sensitive environment.

Identify and share design trends that contribute to better creative problem solving.
Desired Skills & Experience
-
Experience in Developing designs and managing multiple projects, related to alignment of UI appearance, email communications, videos, brochures, signage, advertising layouts, packaging, presentation materials, event design, logo design, stationery, etc.

Experience in developing concept mockups to visualize ideas in context.
- Proven organization, planning, and communication skills

Experience working with varying and changing graphical needs.

Proven ability to work independently.

Proven ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Job Requirements

Minimum of 2 yrs. (5 preferred) working in high volume personal injury case litigation

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe, and Case Management (FileVine)

Working knowledge of common deadlines and protocols of personal injury litigation

Professional appearance and behavior

Ability to work overtime as required in order to timely accomplish work expectations.
Education Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience (must include experience in a graphic production environment)

Demonstrated skill with graphical editing software platforms, specifically proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
Physical Requirements:

Office environment and various offsite venues. Normal business hours with after hour events as necessary to satisfactorily perform job function.
- Stand/Sit – Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time.

Walk – This position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, meeting rooms, office machinery, etc.

Use of hands/fingers to handle or feel – constantly operates a computer and other office machinery such as a copy machine/printer.

Climbs stairs – May occasionally ascends/descends the stairs to get to other floors, cafeteria, and parking area.
- Carry Weight/Lift - Occasionally moves supplies weighing up to 10 pounds for various presentation and event needs.
