About you:
We are looking for highly enthusiastic Senior Sales and Account Management Leaders to partner as part-time, contract interviewers for mock-interview sessions. This is an amazing opportunity to leverage your interview and industry expertise to help others reach their goals, network with (well prepared) active candidates, and earn significant income on the side.
After completing a thorough interview training session with one of our advisors, you will conduct comprehensive mock interviews and 1-on-1 mentorship sessions for candidates looking to experience a Tier-1 style interview. You will provide detailed and targeted candidate feedback to help candidates identify and shore up areas of opportunity, gain confidence, and Epitomize Excellence ©.
Basic Qualifications:
7+ years hiring and managing team members
7+ years interviewing senior sales and account management candidates at a successful company
10+ years of progressive, successful sales and/or account management experience in accounts averaging at least $1M in revenue per year.
Willingness and ability to operate as a 1099/independent contractor.
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years progressive sales and/or account management experience at a top technical or engineering company
Experience conducting remote interviews
A genuine passion for hiring, mentoring, and helping others
Compensation (contract) and Perks:
Monetary compensation:
$100 per 1-hour 1-on-1. $200 per mock interview. Referral fee for every candidate you refer that completes a paid session.
