Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated part time keyholder to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist management team in daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and maximizing profitability.
Duties:
- Oversee daily store operations in the absence of the Store Manager
- Supervise and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Assist in recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team
- Implement visual merchandising standards to showcase products effectively
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock replenishment
- Analyze sales reports and develop strategies to drive revenue growth
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team
- Proficiency in retail math and understanding of financial metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage shifts effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of recruiting practices and training development
- Experience in sales management and achieving targets
- Familiarity with inventory control procedures

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 28 per week
