We are seeking a talented and experienced BIM Modeler to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across the entire lifecycle of our construction projects. You will collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of BIM technology, standards, and workflows, driving project success and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate BIM Processes: Lead the implementation of BIM processes and standards across all project phases.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop and maintain BIM execution plans.
Manage BIM Models: Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of BIM models and datasets with project requirements and industry standards.
Facilitate Clash Detection: Conduct clash detection and resolution meetings to identify and resolve design conflicts.
Provide Technical Support: Offer technical support and training to project team members on BIM software and workflows.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of emerging BIM technologies and best practices, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Conduct Audits: Regularly audit BIM models to ensure adherence to established protocols and standards.
Prepare Deliverables: Assist in preparing BIM deliverables for client presentations and submissions.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Professional Experience: Proven experience in BIM modeling roles within the construction industry.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD.
Standards Knowledge: Strong understanding of BIM standards and protocols.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with multidisciplinary teams.
Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
Multi-Tasking: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
Technical Expertise:
Software Proficiency:Must be highly proficient in Revit, Civil 3D, and Navisworks.
Revit Skills: Creating, modifying, and using families in Revit.
Civil 3D Skills: Pipe Network Part building, creating surfaces, corridors, alignments, and surface profiles.
File Integration: Experience with integrating file formats such as .rvt, .dwg, .dwf, and .nwc.
Template Creation: Creation of sheet templates for Revit and Civil 3D.
