We are a privately owned physical therapy practice with an emphasis on functional rehabilitation and manually based therapy. Expectations for this Position:
Physical Therapist candidates will be expected to create an individualized program of physical therapy including assessment, treatment, planning, and implementation. They will also ensure the patients are well versed on what the treatment plan will entail, and clearly communicate with them in order to maximize a patient's progress toward achieving functional goals. Physical Therapist candidates will maintain a positive working relationship with other members of the All Care team, doctors, and staff from referring offices and most importantly, build a rapport with our patients and their families.
Education and Experience:
· Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) approved physical therapy program.

· An active/ current license from the board of South Carolina Physical Therapy Examiners.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Possess the skill set to care for the physical and developmental needs of diverse individuals from a broad range of age groups.
· Ability to remain calm in emergency or crisis situations.
· Flexibility and ease for assessing and treating a variety of diagnosis.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Provide direct patient care, evaluate functional needs and outcomes, consult with other specialists. Reviews patients’ functional needs in order to adjusts care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
· Design and implement a plan of care for patients based on a thorough assessment of potential development and incorporate participation by family members or caregivers when appropriate.
· Practice therapy within defined standards of care.
· Coordinate the assistance of support staff to achieve patients’ functional goals.
· Communicate effectively with other professionals in the field and staff to achieve positive patient outcomes.
· Adhere to All Care Physical Therapy policies and procedures, objectives, quality improvement program. Follow safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
· Document evaluations, treatment goals, and plans. Regularly update documentation and maintain prescriptions and signatures.
· Engage in professional growth opportunities, participate in educational programs in order to maintain a high level quality care. Keep pace with the most recent research, review professional literature pertaining to patient care and ongoing developments in the field.
· Build capacity in the clinical staff through leadership, dedication, and professionalism. Expand upon the knowledge and benefits of physical therapy within the community.

· Extensive standing and walking during the workday.
· Potential lifting, positioning, pushing, and/or transferring of patients.
· Frequent reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, and crouching.
