An ideal candidate for this position will possess a strong sales mentality, desire to succeed, and good organizational/interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
We are currently looking for Active P&C License candidates ONLY.
MUST have had P&C License for AT LEAST 1 year.
BILINGUAL preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:

Ask probing questions to better understand your customer’s insurance needs

Educate and recommend coverage choices based on individual needs

Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and metrics

Deliver consistent positive customer experience by promptly responding to customer inquiries in a timely and friendly manner via phone call, SMS, email or chat.
- Provide information on the various insurance products A-Max offers i.e. auto, motorcycle, renters, home, travel, etc.
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual customer’s needs

Provide excellent service by explaining features, advantages and disadvantages of various policies to promote the sale of insurance plans.

Seek out new clients, generate lists of prospective clients, and develop clientele by networking and marketing.
- Reach out to policyholders daily to follow up on various matters such as, payment requests, suspensions, renewals, and policy cancellations.

Attend meetings, seminars and programs to learn about new products and services, learn new skills, and receive technical assistance in developing new accounts.
- Complete continuing education courses as required to maintain active license status with TDI.

High School Diploma or GED

Customer Service/Insurance Sales Experience preferred

Basic knowledge of Insurance Industry, is a plus

Hold a valid and current Property & Casualty License for at least one year

Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, but not required

Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high volume call center environment
