Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Analyze customer feedback to improve the customer experience
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively
Skills:
- Proficient in English
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to upsell products or services
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to analyze information and solve problems effectively
- Sales experience is a plus
-Illinois Producer License for Health and Life and Accident will be required, does not have to be current as can assist with this process
