Responsibilities
- Must be available to work the 4pm-11pm shift
- Must be available on weekends
- Answers calls & sets tone for call center
- Ensure excellence in customer service is consistently delivered while maintaining costs within annual budget expectations
- Promote the highest level of customer service through policies, performance and practice to consistently deliver performance to company standards
- Ensure customers receive quick, accurate, competent help to complete customer satisfaction to maintain and grow customer base and revenues
- Effectively ensures policies and procedures are consistently and equitably applied
- Actively promotes relationships of trust and respect throughout the organization
- Maintain personal level of expertise on process content
- Provide escalation support independently to resolve customer issues
- Acts as a customer advocate demonstrating effective conflict resolution to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Responsible for strong team building performance, high morale and employee satisfaction
- Provide feedback and input on process effectiveness
- Handle project assignments with supervision
- Dispatcher experience helpful
Requirements
- 3-5 years of related experience preferred, not required.
- Bilingual in Spanish / English is preferred but not required
- Strong functional knowledge of call center operations
- Analytical abilities to manage results and performance trends
- Proficiency in coaching to achieve and maintain qualification levels
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance protocols
- Ability to stay focused and act independently in emergency or emotionally charged situations
