We are seeking a skilled and passionate Beauty Consultant to join our team. As a Beauty Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling beauty products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their beauty needs and provide personalized recommendations
- Demonstrate and promote beauty products to customers
- Assist customers in selecting the right products for their specific needs
- Provide skincare consultations and makeup application services
- Maintain knowledge of current beauty trends, products, and techniques
- Utilize social media platforms to promote beauty products and engage with customers
- Manage inventory and ensure shelves are stocked with products
- Operate cash register and process customer transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the beauty industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in social media management to promote beauty products effectively
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with cash register operations and retail math calculations
- Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, is a plus
- Experience using Millennium software is preferred
- Fluent in English
