Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for aesthetics, a strong understanding of social media trends, and the ability to create engaging content that resonates with our audience. This role will involve managing our social media platforms, developing marketing campaigns, and assisting with various marketing activities to enhance our online presence and attract new patients. Job Responsibilities
- Digital Design and Marketing (NYC location)
- Brainstorm content, Video Recording, and Editing
- Create all promotional content (graphic design): flyers, insta stories, signage etc.
- Create bi-weekly newsletters to promote specials and services
- Oversee LC Medical Instagram & co-manage DoctorLanna account- posting, commenting, replying
- PR and Influencer Collaborations- correspond with outlets- negotiate terms
- Answer social media / editing questions providers may have
- Present social media presentations at Dr. Lanna’s trainings upon request
- Touchpoint for external marketing agency
- Dr. Lanna general administration as needed: sending calendar invites, meeting notes, supporting front desk only/if overflow

Skills Needed
- Copywriting, editing, proofreading
- Social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, Picsart/PicCollage, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Vimeo)
- Familiarity with Google Drive and Microsoft Suites (Outlook, OneNote, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Familiarity with Editing Softwares for Graphic Design and Video Editing (Canva, Adobe Acrobat, CapCut or Adobe Rush, PicsArt or PicCollage)
- Familiarity with how SEO Marketing works

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
