NOT YOUR USUAL CALL CENTER POSITION!!!
· No outbound cold calling or handling “escalated calls”
· No rigid call time measurements
· All “warm” inbound calls from customers looking for assistance with a traffic ticket or driver’s license issues
· We pay you while you train. Competitive hourly rates, plus benefits
Position Summary:
Our Call Center Legal Services Agent serves as a direct point of contact that answers incoming calls from customers to quote legal fees for services related to traffic tickets and driver’s license issues in a call center environment. PHONE SALES EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY. (Paid-Training)
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus!!!
