Summary:
This position is responsible for developing, extending, installing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics CE, FSC, and other software implementations. This professional will work with Mimaki USA IT, consultants and internal department stakeholders to analyze, research, document, communicate, design, configure and implement complex software solutions that provide improvements for Mimaki USA business processes and information. Additionally, this position is responsible for designing solutions for Power Automate, Power Apps, and the Microsoft suite of business applications including SharePoint, Teams, and Office.
Computer Skills:
- Knowledge of core D365 CRM modules and functionality of the entire product suite.
- Deep knowledge and experience using the underlying framework, data structures and objects associated with the finance and operations solutions.
- Develop and test code
- Experience customizing Dynamics CE and FSC
- Alerting/Monitoring.
- Asset, Configuration, and Patch Management.
- Remote end user support.
- Experience with integration tools such as Logic Apps and North 52.
- Database management experience (SQL) is a plus.
- Experience customizing Dynamics FSC is a plus.
- Understanding Dynamics CE and FSC data structures.
- Experience integrating to and from Dynamics CE and FSC.
- Familiarity and/or experience with Dynamics CE and FSC workflows.
- Experience with Power Automate.
- Technical and functional knowledge of Dynamics CE and FSC and supporting Microsoft technologies, including SQL.
- Create and modify Dynamics FSC reports using SQL Server Reporting Services.
- Experience with Power Apps development, including canvas and model driven apps.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Program in packaged application environments utilizing GUI and Web tools such as HTML, JavaScript, SSRS, and XML.
- Perform independent analyses of client business processes, software systems, and database structures, and design and configure complex software solutions based on client requirements.
- Train end users on configured software solutions.
- Provide ongoing support for Microsoft Dynamics CE and FSC/BI/Collaboration applications ensuring overall key stakeholder satisfaction.
- Create unit test plans and perform unit and system testing to ensure the quality of work.
- Create new entities and entity relationships as needed.
- Assist in evaluating, creating, and monitoring system integrations via software such as North 52 and Logic Apps.
- Assist in the development of work plans, proposals, and engagement meetings in preparation of company projects.
- Apply the capabilities of the Power Platform to business challenges and opportunities to create efficiencies and reduce costs.
- Work across various departments in the company to assist with dynamic reporting to assist in visualization of complex data.
- Develop and promote new capabilities across product teams to enhance productivity and reduce manual and redundant tasks.
- Evaluate and identify other potential needs for the company.
- Up to 5% travel, including weekend.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or five (5) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of the organization. Excellent Interpersonal communication skills is a must.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
