POSITION SUMMARY: Site Managers supervise, oversee, and coordinate the everyday operation of the job site.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintaining a log on their projects and providing daily updates
Communicating with Project Manager and Operations Manager
Managing sub-contractors and ensuring they are onsite working efficiently
Updating sub-contractors on any project changes
Maintaining a neat and organized job site
Being available any and all times a project requires the necessary attention
Reviewing and understanding all project plans and design elements before a project has begun
Enforcing company site policies
Implementing and enforcing the set site schedule
Being able to work nights and weekends if and when required
Enforcing all building rules and regulations
Adhering to the project budget
Identifying and communicating change orders outside the scope of work
Communicating with building engineers as needed and giving adequate notices to building management for work they’ve requested
Ensuring sites are prepared for inspections and arranging site inspections
Applying site safety precautions
Completing project and project punch list
Scheduling all site work, deliveries, etc.
Making project decisions and judgment calls as needed
Recording total materials brought and completing inventory counts when deliveries are received
Interpreting and enforcing contracts
Understanding the entire project design
Promoting the company
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIRED:
High School degree or equivalent required
Drafting/Architecture coursework preferred
At least 3 year of experience supervising construction sites
Must Possess valid Driver’s License and vehicle
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Knowledge in commercial building construction/ tenant fit-out desired
Excellent Communication skills

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
