We are on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join us as a Customer Service Team Member for our partnership project with Verizon's 5G division. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with a Senior Manager, gaining invaluable insights into customer service, sales strategies, and brand standards.
As a Customer Service Team Member, you will play a key role in expanding our market share by delivering exceptional customer service and sales support while building genuine connections with customers and creating an excellent sales experience.
Customer Service Team Member Responsibilities:
- Engaging directly with potential customers to present product and service solutions, guide them through the sales process, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with the existing customer service and sales team, participating in client meetings, and contributing to performance evaluations and employee onboarding.
- Supporting the daily growth and progress of the Verizon 5G campaign.
- Advancing to training high-performing customer service and sales professionals after completing entry-level training.
- Analyzing the sales pipeline to identify areas for improvement and implement performance enhancement strategies.
- Working collaboratively across teams to address customer concerns and maintain a positive sales experience.
- Upholding our company culture and fostering a high level of team engagement.
Customer Service Team Member Qualifications:
- Preferred 1-2 years of experience in business, sales, customer service, or management (although this is an entry-level position and comprehensive training will be provided).
- Experience in a client-facing or consumer-oriented role.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas, solutions, and concerns effectively.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and contribute to team goals.
- Demonstrated self-motivation and creativity.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and manage relationships across various teams and departments, including sales, customer success, and HR.

Pay: $17.72 - $20.72 per hour
