Prairie Village Dentists is a family-owned dental practice in Prairie Village, KS. We have been treating people of all ages for over 50 years. Our practice places our team before the patients. Without a team, we are no good to our patients! We innovate to create an environment that is supportive of the long-term physical and mental health of our staff. Our long-term patient base has been taught to value and appreciate the excellent care our dental staff has given them. Our goal is to find a team member who will assist us in building on this legacy of trust and value that we have earned from our community.
Our ideal candidate is a patient advocate. They will identify the patient's issues and then educate them on these problems. Solutions will be decided together with the DDS. Co-diagnosis leads to a joint presentation to the patient regarding superior treatment to achieve their best self.
Utilizing the innovative therapeutic techniques available the candidate will then begin to build a long-term relationship with their patient. By enabling the patient to own their condition, it becomes a team effort to get them healthy and then maintain that health for a lifetime.
Our ideal candidate is a life-long learner. We attend many CE events all over the country together as an office. Our staff is passionate about learning and innovating for ourselves, our patients, and our community.
