Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions, LLC, a Yum! Brands Co-op, (RSCS) is currently seeking an e-Commerce Merchandising and Marketing Specialist to join the Development and Equipment Solutions Team.
Position Overview:
This position reports to the Director, Customer Experience within the Development and Equipment Solutions (DES) business and oversees the merchandising and site marketing of over 15,000 foodservice equipment items and related supplies on our e-commerce platform (NetSuite Suite Commerce Advanced).
The e-Commerce Merchandising and Marketing Specialist will oversee all aspects of the e-commerce product catalog and must have a user-centric mindset with a strong understanding of B2B e-commerce product marketing. Primary initiatives will include tactical execution, driving growth strategies for ecommerce programs and evaluating new methods and opportunities to improve and expand our efforts. You will work closely with internal ecommerce teams to provide a best-in-class consumer experience.
A typical day will include analyzing, optimizing, and updating product information as well as identifying, implementing, and managing opportunities for new products, enrichments, and promotions. It will also be part of your responsibility to ensure product pages are properly created and maintained according to brand standards along with enrichment opportunities.
Key accountabilities:
- Create, maintain, optimize, and enrich product listing pages to ensure an accurate and best-in-class consumer
experience.
- Create an e-commerce environment which facilitates increased site utilization by our customers.
- Work with peers to build a cohesive catalog plan that includes how the product catalog is sorted, searched, and
displayed online.
- Monitor, analyze and generate sales and business reports for assigned ecommerce channels, translating findings
into insights and actionable growth tactics.
- Partner with IT resources to manage and constantly leverage the capabilities of our e-commerce platform’s
merchandising capabilities, including product comparison tables, landing (learning) pages, and other features
as they are released.
- Partner regularly with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization.
- Manage, update, and monitor internal SEO and search functions to produce intended results.
- Manage and document user feedback, issues, and inquiries, relaying them to and from development and product
teams.

- This is a hybrid role, with three days in office, 2 days remote (Louisville, KY)
- Travel for this role is <5%
Required Education, Experience and Skills:
- Three years of experience in professional, B2B or major retail e-commerce product merchandising
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience with a B2B e-commerce platform required, experience with NetSuite’s SuiteCommerce Advanced
e-commerce platform strongly preferred.
- Passion for building high-performance e-commerce sales via easy-to-search catalogs that make a user’s life
easy.
- Google Analytics experience preferred.
- Detail-oriented self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, multi-task,
and manage deadlines.
- Knowledge of current ecommerce best practices, strategies, and tactics
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong proficiency and advanced use of PC-based applications including Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook, and Teams)
