Prepare and cook food items following the brand standards
Operate equipment following safety and operational instructions
Setup all workstations following brand standards
Keep pace during production and finish prep list on time
Actively communicate to the Team Leader progress on the prep list
Demonstrate teamwork by supporting coworkers to finish production on time
Store and label food following all DOH and Avocaderia standards
Report ingredients that do not meet quality standards to Team Leader
Accurately report waste that may have resulted from food production, damage, or over prepping to Team Leader
Use cups, spoons, and quarts to measure food according to the Avocaderia Recipe Book
Prepare food for the next day following prep list and recipes
Read deployment planner daily
Keep up to date with menu, ingredients or changes in standards
