Ideon is seeking an Enrollment Integration Analyst to be a part of our high-performing Enrollment Operations Team. In this role, you willown the setup, configuration, building, and testing of new groups and renewals for all integrations built for existing platforms and carriers.
We prefer candidates based in Omaha, NE for this role, but we are also considering remote candidates from anywhere in the U.S. Ideon is headquartered in NYC with a second office in Omaha, NE. This role reports to the Senior Director of Enrollment Operations.
- Actively manage enrollment configuration tasks, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all assigned tasks.

Regularly follow-up and communicate with carriers and platforms to ensure timely delivery of customer groups.

Deliver quality work within defined service levels that will exceed the customer expectations.

Leverage metrics to monitor and adjust performance to ensure you are working at an optimal level.

Meet with carriers and manage relationships, owning issue resolution to drive timely build and maintenance of integrations.

Quickly address system generated errors which relate to configurations under your purview.

Communicate technical concepts in a clear and concise manner, which will ensure carriers and platforms understand requirements and can deliver responses quickly.

Use Ideon’s proprietary toolset to manage your work and deliver high-quality results for our customers.

Being an active member of a high performing team, that is focusing on delivering solutions to our customer.

Knowledge about insurance industry standards and regulations concerning data connections (e.g., HIPAA, 834, LDEx).

Ability to perform root cause analysis and deliver accurate resolution in a timely manner.
- High proficiency in EDI and/or API technologies (5+ years), specifically in insurance enrollment processes.

A proactive, results-oriented mindset, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts effectively and professionally.

Familiarity with JIRA, Zendesk, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms.
Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 depending on experience.
