Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Appointment Coordinator to join our team. As an Appointment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in scheduling and managing appointments . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and excellent communication skills to ensure smooth coordination of appointments.
Duties:
- Be on time.
- Coordinate appointments for clients
- Familiarity with roofing and construction needs
- Communicate effectively with clients to confirm appointments and provide necessary information
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure proper scheduling
- Maintain accurate records of appointments and client information
- Utilize BuilderTrend or similar software
Experience:
- Prior experience working in outside sales
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

Pay: From $100.00 per day
Expected hours: 30 per week
