Summary: The Vice Technical GM at CIG Solar Manufacturing oversees all technical and engineering activities within the organization. This role involves leading technical teams, managing technical projects, and ensuring the successful implementation of engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all technical and engineering activities within the organization.
- Lead and manage technical teams.
- Develop and implement technical strategies and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical activities and results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical management or engineering.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to work in a team environment.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in engineering management software and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

- SOP for Technical Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement technical strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of technical strategies.
- Communicate strategies to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical strategies.
- SOP for Technical Team Management:
- Lead and manage technical teams.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
- Address any team issues or concerns promptly.
- Maintain open lines of communication with all team members.
- SOP for Technical Project Management:
- Develop and implement project plans for technical projects.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues promptly.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project activities and results.
- SOP for Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance.
- Address any non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of compliance activities.
- SOP for Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all technical activities.
- Ensure all records are stored securely and accessible as needed.
- Follow company policies and procedures for documentation and record keeping.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $87,756.77 - $105,685.58 per year
