Review and approve flight crew activities to produce accurate pay reporting for Company flight crew, in compliance with Pilot and Flight Attendant union contracts (Collective Bargaining Agreements).
- Audit integrity of flight data imported from Sabre system to Rainmaker Crewpay reports for accurate flight crew pay
- Ensure timely submissions of pay reporting files to Payroll for semi-monthly check processing
- Provide internal customer service to all flight crew regarding their hours of pay
- Process flight crew contract step and scale increases
- Initiate pilot position-change rate increases, or decreases as applicable
- Calculate back-pay amounts for retro-active rate changes
- Conduct presentations regarding pay for new hire pilot and flight attendant classes
- Compile monthly billing reimbursement requests for pilot and flight attendant union releases
- Research/provide information regarding union/flight crew/company issues pertaining to the CBA
- Process grievance settlement payments as directed
- Work with Rainmaker personnel on software issues/improvements as required with contract or company policy changes, new aircraft types, domiciles, etc.
- Work and maintain open communications with Human Resources, Payroll, Crew Tracking/SOC, Flight Operations, In-Flight, Training, Standing Bid and Crew Planning
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Understanding of pilot and flight attendant collective bargaining agreements
- Strong computer skills, including all Microsoft Office applications
- Accurate and attentive to detail
- Excellent communication and public relations abilities
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent
- Preferred knowledge of Sabre Crewtrac system a plus
- Preferred at least one year of applicable/related workplace experience
