We are looking for a professional Digital Designer / Website Designer who will be responsible for creating great commercial quality websites for our nationally recognized streaming media company. Primary duties include conceptualizing and implementing creative ideas for our websites, as well as creating visual elements that are in line with our product(s) branding. You will be working closely with our web development team to ensure proper and hassle-free implementation.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent visual design skills and be proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Suite and others.
Ideal person for this role has successful metrics to provide showing Website Designs that increased conversions of digital / website sales for at least 2 to 3 mid to large size companies. This person would have experience creating Website Designs for commercial and E-Commerce sites, Digital Marketing graphics that are consistent with the Website Designs and Product / Company Branding and objective of their Product, and experience working in coordination with the Development Teams to allow the best User Experience while providing conversion driven designs.

*** This is a Design Position, not a Development Position. We are also looking for someone that has worked on more than WordPress or Shopify Websites.

Web Designer Responsibilities:
- Conceptualizing creative ideas with our Marketing and Executive teams.
- Testing and improving the design of the website(s).
- Furthering our design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
- Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.
- Designing visual imagery for websites, tunnels, affiliate funnels, conversions pages, and ensuring that they are in line with branding with our product(s).
- Working with different content management systems.
- Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.
- Incorporating functionalities and features into websites.
- Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure.
Web Designer Requirements:
- 7+ years Professional / Commercial level relevant experience (references/samples required)
- Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe products and other modern-day visual design tools.
- Understanding of front-end development web programming languages such as HTML5, CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript. (This is relevant to website designs and CTA placement)
- Good understanding of content management systems.
- Good understanding of search engine optimization principles.
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.
- Good understanding of responsive/web-to-mobile design, sizing, and functional applications.
- Continuously remains education and experienced with international web protocols, standards, and technologies.
- Creative and open to new ideas.
- Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques.
- Excellent communication skills.
*** Must be authorized to work in the USA and be willing to commute daily to office location.
$75-$85K commensurate with skill level, benefits, stock options, PTO bank, paid holidays.
