What are we looking for? We are looking for a skilled and motivated Dispatcher to join our team! As a Dispatcher, you will play a vital role in providing support during non-office hours. You will be responsible for answering customer calls, scheduling, and coordinating service calls, maintaining our ordering system, and ensuring the timely completion of services.
Reporting to the Manager of Dispatch, you will have the opportunity to showcase your communication skills, personal effectiveness, project management abilities, and customer focus. A positive attitude and proficiency in Excel spreadsheets are also highly valued for this role.
Where will you work? The first three weeks of training will be Mon-Fri 8am to 4pm in our corporate office located in Richardson, Texas. After training, you will have the flexibility to work remotely, allowing you to create a quiet and uninterrupted environment for clear communication with our clients and staff. This means you can work from the comfort of your own home or any location with a reliable cellular signal.
What about days and hours? During the first three weeks of your employment, you will receive comprehensive training at our corporate office in Richardson, Texas. The training hours are from 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. After the training period, you will transition to working remotely with team.
Shift Hours: Thurs, Fri, 8am to 4pm and Saturday and Sunday 8am to 8pm

How much is the pay? $15/hr
