Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Spa Practice Assistant to join our healthcare administrative team. As a vital member of our staff, the Medical Spa Practice Assistant will provide exceptional customer service, support our medical providers, provide leadership and planning to the staff, marketing support, administrative support, and contribute to the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients, answer phone calls when needed, and respond to patient inquiries whether in house or over the phone in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records, including medical histories, test results, and treatment plans. Auditing charts and assisting in the completion of regulatory record keeping.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing/tracking inventory, and handling any billing that may be needed.
- Support medical providers with patient care and customer relations.
- Assisting staff in sanitizing and maintaining a clean and organized environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring patient satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist with sales, social media, advertising, events, and marketing efforts to promote the practice, patient retention, and grow patient volume.
- Create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and creatives.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient care and contribute to the overall success of the practice. Staff Leadership a must.
Experience:
- Experience working in a medical or healthcare setting, with a focus on patient care and administrative tasks.
- Familiarity with electronic health records, medical software, computers, word, and excel.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills and systems
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Experience with a Medical Spa enviroment preferred and a plus
- Sales, advertising, social media, and marketing skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.50 - $22.00 per hour
