Tulsa Accident Care Center is an innovative and progressive company in the medical industry has an opening for a medical office receptionist - managing front desk operations, patient experience, and various processes for our clinic located in Owasso, OK.

- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook, and ability to learn & effectively utilize other business systems. Prior EMR & CRM experience preferred.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all correspondence and records management
- Highly organized with demonstrated time management skills
- Strongly self-motivated, self-aware, and focused on continuous improvement
- Interest in the health industry
- Prior experience in a medical setting is preferred.
- Available M-F between the hours of 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
Job Duties include:
- Maintain a professional, relaxing, and inviting environment for our patients
- Ensure guests are greeted as they arrive & checked-in for their appointments
- Ensure the front is effectively & efficiently staffed, organized, and operational
- Answer phones and make outbound calls to schedule patients, including follow-up calls and appointment reminders
- Data entry and updating patient information
- Manage inbound and outbound mail
- Cross trained in massage therapy, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and traction modalities.
- Carries out routine housekeeping functions, position generally requires in-house position specific training.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
