- Achieve division profitability as per set targets.
- Successfully forecast labor and strategic needs for the next quarter, aligning with annual division goals.
- Develop and implement strategies for division growth and vision expansion.
- Maintain a team retention rate above 90%.
- Receive an average positive feedback score of 85% or higher from team evaluations.
- Coordinate with sales to define strategies that match team capacity and preferences.
- Conduct monthly team meetings to reinforce the company's core values and division objectives.
