We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR practices and processes, ensuring alignment with company strategy and objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Process and record payroll data.
- Prepare new hire packages and facilitate onboarding.
- Update and maintain employee records.
- Track and manage personnel, sick leave, and vacation time.
- Assist managers with HR issues.
- Manage recruitment for new hires.
- Coordinate employee health insurance enrollment.
- Serve as a liaison between management and staff for corrective actions.
- Update the employee handbook and health insurance benefits.
- Record long-term and short-term disability cases.
- Prepare EEOC reports.
- Maintain good communication and written skills.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification is a plus).
