Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Registered Architect (Licensed in PR)
- Fluent verbal and written communications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Available to travel within PR
- Experience developing construction documents
- Excellent sketching and visualization skills to effectively communicate design ideas
- Strong project management skills to ensure timely and deliverables completion for assigned projects
- AutoCAD and Microsoft programs/suite (Office, Teams, etc) experience and proficiency
- Comfortable in a dynamic multi-disciplinary work environment
- Attention to detail and analytical
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Experience performing assessment and evaluations of existing facilities is a plus
- Knowledge and experience with Revit preferred
Main tasks:
- Responsible for specific technical and design aspects of assigned projects including investigation, evaluation and recommendation of solution that fits the client’s needs.
- Support the team with all phases of the project, from conceptualization to construction administration.
- Support the Project Manager in daily operations.
- Perform QAQC, and code/standards reviews.
- Recommend work plan for the development of projects.
- Develop construction documents of assigned projects.
- Prepare and deliver presentations.
- Oversee the work of team members on assigned projects.
- Foster positive team and company culture.
- Be able to coordinate among disciplines to ensure project deliverables and deadlines are met
