What you'll receive...
Pay: $16 per hour for two weeks during training. Following training pay by action $35,000 to $65,000 date range. Remote Independent Contractor/1099 Position.

Training: Two weeks of paid training at $16/hour, as well as on-going training to help you develop in your role and career. Training tentatively begins 7/8/24
Support: You’re home but not alone! We use a company-wide instant message software. The whole team is available real-time to help you be successful.
What you'll do...
Provide service to customers calling for legal assistance throughout the day
Utilize technology to service incoming consumer inquiries
Multitask in a fast-paced environment
Successfully interact with multiple internal departments
Work closely with management to ensure high-quality output
How you'll qualify...
Experience: 3 years of call center experience at minimum. Average of 100 calls or higher per day. English proficiency required. Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
Typing Speed: Ability to type 40 words per minute
Availability: Available to work a full-time schedule between 40-45 hours/week based on business needs.
Tech Savvy: Strong typing skills and proficient with internet navigation, instant messenger tools, Outlook and Microsoft Office.
Communication: Ability to communicate through all mediums (verbal, listening, written).
Receptive: Open to receive coaching feedback through regular meetings and apply learning.
Remote: Disciplined and resourceful to meet business demands in a structured, virtual call center environment.
Work space: You’ll need a space free of distractions with high speed internet connectivity (minimum internet speeds of 15 Mbps upload and 100 Mbps download). PC or Mac device. No chrome books. Past job history shows duration at previous or current employer lasted a minimum of 2 years.
Residency: Must be a resident over 18 years of age and live in a US state.
