Responsibilities:
- Manage daily spa operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments
- Coordinate spa staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Implement spa policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa facility
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and performance expectations
Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proven experience in spa or hospitality management
- Knowledge of market trends and competition in the spa industry
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and reporting
- Ability to manage stock inventory and control costs effectively
