We are an E-Commerce logistics company located in COMPTON, CA. We primarily focus on the back-end logistics for both AIR and OCEAN freight. We provide services such as cross-docking, distribution, warehousing, and trucking services for several multinational trade/e-commerce companies. We also work closely with FedEx, UPS, and DHL on a daily basis. We are currently looking for staff from the operating department.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Daily communication with local and overseas teams on incoming shipments.
- Preparing and tracking all shipments from IMPORT to final shipment.
- Communicating with customers brokerage to help clear customs for the imported goods.
- Track the delivery status and communicate information with applicable parties.
- Troubleshoot customer’s inquiries.
- Prepare and report service activities to Air & Ocean Import Team manager(s).
- Track the delivery status and communicate information with applicable parties.
- Customs clear importing goods through customs brokerage.
- Input servicing information onto the internal system.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Bilingual (English/Chinese),
- Good written and verbal communication skills,
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,
- Proficiency in MS Office Products,
- All candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience preferred
