We are a fast-growing family owned company in need of an office assistant. We have a wonderful office manager, but she is overloaded and we are growing rapidly.

Qualifications:
1. Must have a great sense of customer service. Must be a good communicator. You are the face of the company on the other side of the phone.
2. Must be eager to learn new things - there are 4-6 computer programs you will need to become proficient in fairly quickly. You will also need to learn about all the work we do so you can speak with customers. There will be a LOT to learn and we will work with you, but you need to really apply yourself and be a fast learner.
3. Must be on time and ready to work at 7:30 am each morning. Dependable attendance is a must. We all depend on you.
Compensation:
1. The pay for this job starts at $16.00 per hour. As we see your strengths and as we are able to add other responsibilities, we do not hesitate to increase the salary. We are starting new areas of business, so if you prove yourself to be a good manager, you will see new opportunities.
2. Everyone gets standard holidays, plus 6 flex days per year they can use for sick days or personal days. Everyone gets a week vacation after the first year in service.
About Us:
The owner (Timothy Mott) has been in the business for over 40 years. We have about 10 employees and operate a professional swimming pool repair and remodeling company.
We have a solid reputation and a high end clientele. We run a very professional operation with very little debt so we are very stable.
