Significance is seeking a GPP&E Asset Management Consultant to support our Marine Corps Real Property account. Specifically, this consultant will contribute to objectives related to business process improvement, inventory, internal controls, audit remediation, and defining/analyzing/recommending improvements based on data analytics and key performance indicators (KPI).

Active DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain and maintain clearance.

Bachelor's Degree in related discipline

Experience working with DoD and Federal agencies

1-5 years experience in audit readiness/response, business process improvement (BPI), business transformation and/or property related activities.

1-5 years experience with technical and/or professional writing, portraying an ability to independently conduct background research, structure written work products, and articulate an approach or recommendations.

1-5 years professional experience working in teams, demonstrating interpersonal skills, team-building capabilities, critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Proficiency in project management skills to include: managing individual tasks to meet project milestones, analyzing task lists to provide appropriate progress and status updates, independently researching topics to gather knowledge and better understanding.

Willingness to travel up to 25%

Located in the National Capital Region (NCR) or be willing to relocate/contribute to in-person client and team engagements in the NCR within the next six months.

Experience in Real Property life-cycle management

Experience performing data analysis, data visualization, and reporting

Experience conducting reviews of policies/procedures, reviewing/researching/drafting Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), tracking remediation activities, and supporting BPI initiatives.

Experience working with DoD and Federal agencies in an audit/accounting capacity

Working knowledge of DoD and Federal financial management and accounting regulations

Experience working with DoD and Federal agencies in an audit/accounting capacity

Experience providing inventory support services to DoD or federal organizations.
