**Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer**
**Job Overview:**
We are looking for a skilled and innovative Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. This role will be integral in the setup and maintenance of manufacturing processes in our new facility. The successful candidate will be a self-starter open to training and seeking information to expand their knowledge to ensure the efficient operation of the production process. This role reports directly to the Engineering Manager and is an opportunity to be part of an FDA-regulated oral care product manufacturing facility from the ground up. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and make a significant impact on our manufacturing capabilities.
**Responsibilities:**
-Collaborate with teams to develop and optimize manufacturing processes for the production of oral care products.
-Implement and oversee manufacturing systems and automated equipment.
-Work closely with quality assurance teams to maintain compliance with FDA regulations and industry best practices.
-Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving activities related to manufacturing issues.
-Create, maintain, and update manufacturing procedures and documentation to ensure a clear and efficient production process.
-Aid in the development and implementation of new product introduction (NPI) and manufacturing engineering processes.
-Engage in continuous improvement initiatives that align with the company's strategy.
**Requirements:**
-Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering or related field
-Fresh graduate who is eager to learn and contribute in a startup environment
-Familiarity with CAD software, preferably SolidWorks or Pro-E
-A desire to learn and grow within the medical device or FDA-regulated device industry
**Preferred Qualifications:**
-Mandarin or Taiwanese speaker
-Interest in Injection Molding
