Customer Service and Data Entry Specialist - Service Department
IMMEDIATE START - Up to $25..00 per hour
As Customer Service and Data Entry Specialist, you will:
- Receive complete training
- Provide clerical, administrative and customer support for the Field Service Team
- Learn to arrange, coordinate and process work order requests
- Communicate with customers and field service teams
- Learn to schedule routine maintenance appointments and emergency repairs
- Once fully trained, dispatch and route Technicians to jobsites
- Provide periodic status updates on open work orders
- Learn to administer parts orders
- Make updates to spreadsheets
- Maintain customer account information in Salesforce
- Facilitate customer billings
- Perform other duties as assigned
An ideal candidate profile will include:
- At least 1 year of Customer Service, Customer Support or Dispatching experience
With:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Accurate data entry skills
- Administrative Office skills
