What to expect as a Direct Support Professional with a flexible schedule?
Ability to create your work schedule around your personal life
2-4 day work week with shifts from 4-12hours
Paid comprehensive training on skills and knowledge
$16.15 - $17.15 per hour starting wage + shift differential for 2nd & 3rd shift
$1.00 wage increase upon completion of all training
