Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist in daily office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy using Word, Excel, and other Construction programs.
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain office organization and cleanliness
- Coordinate projects and tasks as assigned
- Schedule jobs and provide appropriate information and paperwork needed for the job including calling in locates, obtaining permits and ordering barricades/traffic control plan.

-Accounts payable/receivable
Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Strong data entry skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Familiarity with Work, Excell and other construction programs
- General office management skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities
- Capable of project coordination
- Previous experience as a construction receptionist/assistant
-Bilingual (english/spanish) preferred
