inside Sales Representative
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer Incoming Calls: Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services.
- Calling New and Existing Customers: Proactively reach out to potential and existing customers to build relationships and generate sales.
- Email Marketing and Sales: Create and send marketing emails to promote our products and services, and follow up on leads generated through email campaigns.
- Shipping and Receiving: Manage shipping and receiving operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Forklift Driving: Operate a forklift to load and unload materials as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of email marketing techniques.
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in [stone/kitchen and bath industry, if applicable].
- Familiarity with [specific software or tools, if applicable].
