Bagelmania is a high-volume restaurant seeking a professional, high-energy Front of House Manager to bring excitement and efficiency to our operations. This position will work closely with the General Manager, Kitchen Manager and other members of the leadership team to ensure the highest level of service and operational standards, resulting in genuine and consistent guest service experiences. You will lead our team members and be responsible for all front of house functions, ensuring a smooth operation.
In this role, you will:
- Supervise the front of house team and ensure compliance with all restaurant policies, procedures and standards.
- Assist with all facets of restaurant operations, including but not limited to scheduling, hiring, training, guest service, cleanliness, payroll and complaint resolution.
- Supervise and coordinate efficient and courteous service of food and beverage in the restaurant, ensuring plating is done to established specifications and helping expedite food orders.
- Uphold all cash handling procedures.

Lead employees with a positive attitude.
- Provide a fun and positive atmosphere for all employees and guests.
- Maintain proper health code and sanitation throughout the restaurant to ensure a clean preparation and serving environment.
- Provide help and support as needed to ensure the successful operations of the business, helping with catering orders, to go orders, private events and other related projects as needed.
- Models professional behavior, setting the tone for all employees to follow.
- Coaches and educates employees, provides employees with opportunities to gain experience and skill. In support of this process, the Front of House Manager will ensure good initial training, provide performance feedback, motivate and counsel employees to support them in achieving their fullest potential.
- This role can expect to work a minimum of 50 hours per week

Must have at least two (2) years of supervisory experience for a full-service restaurant

Must have the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays

Demonstrated sense of urgency and ability to prioritize and delegate tasks

Must have or be able to maintain a Food Handler’s Card, Alcohol Awareness Card, and Non-Gaming Sheriff’s Card
