New Alternatives is looking for a Licensed (LPCC, AMFT or LCSW) Clinical Program Manager to oversee and manage an outpatient clinic at one of our STRTPs (Short-Term Residential Treatment Centers).

Looking for:
Licensed clinicians (or BBS registered clinicians with 3+ years’ experience working in a residential program) with strong documentation experience and leadership skills. Candidates who have had success working with multidisciplinary teams and collaboratively with team members. We are also looking for someone to join the leadership team who is creative, has excellent clinical skills, and who can lead a team.
As a Manager you will:
- Have direct program, operational and supervisory responsibilities to ensure the success of the program
- Provide effective and engaging outreach, recruitment for the program.
- Manage, lead and supervise all program staff
- Understand, embrace and be a TIC champion in ALL aspects of their role
- Trains and provides supervision and leadership to ensure all clinical aspects of the STRTP are effective and that billing actions of staff meet required outcomes
- Provide support and guidance in designing individualized treatment programs
- Trains and provides supervision and leadership to ensure effective facilitation of Groups that are inclusive, engaging, and meet youth’s needs and that family therapy meets the needs of families.
- Ensures all documentation and billing procedures are followed based on OPOH
- Ensures that all SOW requirements are met or exceeded within the identified time period
- Attend all agency trainings and ensures all staff’s training are up to date
- Provide clinical leadership consultation and oversight
- Other duties as assigned
- Bilingual/Bicultural preferred.
