Well established Property Management Company seeking a full-time / part-time Office Assistant for a 400+ unit scattered sites property in Los Angeles, California.
The successful candidate must have the following skills and/or experience:
· Answer all incoming phone calls and inquiries
· Schedule vendors for unit maintenances- utilities, pest control, etc.
· Filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
· Assist the Property Manager, Occupancy Specialist, and other staff as needed
· Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
· Attention to detail, able to multitask, flexibility
· Resourceful in looking for answers and solutions
· Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently
· High level of organization and efficiency
· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, & Word
· Pluses – Property Management, Yardi, Bookkeeping
