ROLE DESCRIPTION:
This position requires previous insurance experience.
Must be licensed in Oklahoma, Texas or Kansas. We are looking for someone who may be working in an office currently but would like to change up their environment and work from any location they choose. As a Remote Account Manager with Shuree Hix State Farm Agency, You will have the opportunity to help families make sure they are covered when the unexpected happens. You have the ability to make someone's worst day a little better. You will successfully market the financial products that manage everyday risks. We will train you and walk you through the process every step of the way. This positions main focus will be on auto, home and life insurance products and other financial products that State Farm and our Alliances offer. This is a sales position and you will be required to meet goals and bonuses are offered when goals are met.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have or be able to obtain Life Insurance and Property and Casualty Insurance License must have one or the other before starting.
- Proven experience working as a financial services representative. would be a plus but not required
- Sound knowledge of financial legislation.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
