Hoffman Cabinets is located in Mansfield, TX, just southeast of Fort Worth and minutes away from the historic downtown area. We are currently seeking a Production Manager to join our team. Required Experience:
- Flat Mill Operations: Demonstrated experience in flat mill operations within a manufacturing environment.
- Equipment Proficiency: Proficient in operating and maintaining a range of specialized woodworking machinery, including the following:
1. Panel Saw: Expertise in using panel saws for precision cutting and efficient material utilization
2. CNC Routers: Skilled in programming, operating, and troubleshooting CNC routers to produce high-quality, custom cabinet components
3. Edgebander: Knowledgeable in operating edgebanders to apply flawless edge finishes, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal
Skill Set:
- Excellent leadership skills
- Familiar with basic manufacturing principles
- Ability to work flexible hours depending on the needs of the department
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Extensive knowledge and skill in plant protocols and procedures, and has the ability to train others
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Physically able to spend a significant amount of time on the manufacturing floor
- Reports to : Plant Manager
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and resolve root causes to eliminate recurring and new problems
- Identify your best employees to reinforce the department's stability when you step away, as well as provide employees with growth plans
- Eork and communicate with product
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 per year
