Are you passionate about customer service? The Office Assistant III is the first person customers will see at the Servco Pre-owned Auto Center and will reflect a positive image of the Servco brand.
Responsibilities:

Answers incoming calls and direct calls to the appropriate party
-
Updating various reports for sales personnel
-
Greet and welcome customers
-
Assist with tracking and updating incoming inventory
-
Track and log paperwork related to the reconditioning work to be performed on Servco pre-owned vehicles
-
Follow up on outstanding titles and complete the transfer of titles

Monitor the lot to ensure all interested customers are connected with a Sales Consultant
Requirements:
-
High school graduate or equivalent
-
Minimum six months of clerical experience which included receptionist work or customer contact
-
Previous automotive dealership experience preferred
-
Excellent communication and customer relations skills
-
Ability to multi-task
-
Microsoft Word and Excel proficient
-
DealerTrack experience preferred
-
Typing 35 wpm
