Position Description
Reporting directly to the Regional Manager and above, this role holds the responsibility of overseeing and supervising the sales performance within the store. The Multi-unit Store Manager is tasked with ensuring proper shift assignments for all staff members and fostering a conducive, inclusive, and energetic retail environment conducive to growth and improvement in a given area.
Strategic Communication: Maintain consistent and transparent communication channels with the Regional Manager to ensure alignment with company regulatory and operational policies within the store. Act as a liaison between frontline staff and management to address any issues or concerns promptly.
Sales Target Setting: Collaborate with management to propose and establish realistic sales targets for the store. Utilize data analysis and market insights to develop strategic initiatives aimed at motivating and guiding team members towards collective sales achievements.
Operational Compliance: Uphold company operating standards and ensure strict adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations by all staff members. Conduct regular audits and training sessions to reinforce compliance and mitigate operational risks.
Employee Development: Provide comprehensive training, coaching, and mentorship to all staff members. Implement performance management systems to monitor individual and team progress, offering constructive feedback and disciplinary actions as necessary to drive continuous improvement.
Culture Cultivation: Foster an inclusive, energetic, and customer-centric work environment that reflects the values and ethos of Real Fruit Bubble Tea. Lead by example in promoting teamwork, positivity, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Customer Engagement: Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and proactively engage with customers to ensure their needs are met. Implement follow-up strategies to enhance customer retention and drive repeat business.
Operational Support: Take ownership of store operations, including managing ingredient preparation, inventory control, and maintaining cleanliness standards. Execute assigned tasks efficiently and effectively to support overall store performance.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all staff members operate safely and in accordance with the Health and Safety, with particular emphasis on maintaining a safe working environment in a restaurant setting. Conduct regular safety inspections and provide ongoing training to mitigate workplace hazards.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
