Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and provide exceptional customer service. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling multiple phone lines
- Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with customer service practices
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience as a SNF Receptionist
- Proofreading abilities
- Project coordination experience
