Ridgeline Log and Timber is a full-service, specialty timber frame and reclaimed wood supply company. Our most recent reclaimed wood supply venture has been growing at a rapid pace over the past year and a half. We operate out of two facilities; our main offices/retail yard are located at 1675 High School Rd. Jackson, WY and our projects yard, which is located on private property north of town. Having two yards helps us better serve projects all over the valley. We fully immerse ourselves in the reclaimed wood and timber frame scopes from start to finish, giving our customers a full, personal service.
Job Title: Full Time Fulfillment Specialist
Location: 1675 High School Rd. Jackson, WY
Hours: 9 am to 5 pm Monday – Friday.
The fulfillment specialist position will be responsible for the receiving of materials, building orders, walk in retail sales and the tasks that accompany the upkeep of the office. The specialist will use Ridgelines POS system to carry out a majority of these functions.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Fulfillment:
- Operate forklift to for processing and fulfilling orders.
- Schedule the build of orders per current inventory
- Build and package material orders to schedule to be communicated for delivery when complete.
- Coordinate delivery with sales manager.
- Complete small yard sales for walk-ins.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of all orders processed
Inventory Management:
- Receive all incoming inventory.
- Verify material quantities and quality per Ridgelines standard procedures.
- Tag material per Ridgelines tagging procedure.
- Weekly spot checks of inventory.
- Assist sales manager with upcoming orders.
- Ensure material samples are accurate representations of current inventory.
Shop/Office
- Invoice customers for small yard sales and receive payment.
- Maintain up to date Wyoming Notice to Owner notices for sales over $2,000.
- Ensure all equipment has fuel and maintenance is kept.
- Complete yard checklist weekly and replenish anything that needs to be.
Sales:
- Assist customers with walk-in sales.
- Input and execute small sales order through Ridgelines POS system.
- Assist customers with material orders and reclaimed material education.
- Keep customer relationship management software up to date with incoming communications.
Qualifications:
- Capable of making decisions according to Ridgeline’s core values and business goals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and have experience with Microsoft 365 Applications
- Must have the ability to learn our inventory system.
- Effective communication, team working and sales skills.
- Spanish speaking - a plus
- CDL – a plus
