Responsibilities:
- Assisting with supervising and coordinating the maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Assisting overseeing and prioritizing maintenance requests, ensuring timely completion of work orders
- Assisting in developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime
- Fabricate and repair equipment as needed
- Assisting with the management of projects related to facility maintenance and improvement
- Assisting in conducting regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
- Assist with the training and mentoring maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
-EPA Certifications
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of low voltage systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
