Rotech Pumps USA is a global manufacturer of centrifugal and pd pumps.
Our organization is seeking a professional production coordinator and inside sales to manage production workflow, as well as administrative tasks. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in office management and be highly organized, responsible and proficient at setting priorities to meet deadlines. We expect candidates to be detail oriented, capable of accurately prioritizing tasks and comfortable handling confidential details about our clients and the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with documentation, filing and organizing of all documents
- Assist with reconciliation of inventory, cycle counts
- Work Order Management and Scheduling
- Create and update expense reports
- Process reimbursement forms
- Enter financial transactions into internal databases
- Check spreadsheets for accuracy
- Maintain digital and physical financial records
- Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
- receive Quotes from Vendors, make comparisons, and issue purchase orders.
- Inventory management and control
- Receive quotes from various Freight companies for Logistics and schedule for pick up.
- Prepare Import and export documents for custom purposes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Inside sales: 2 years (Preferred)
- QuickBooks: 1 year (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Houston, TX 77041: Relocate before starting work (Required)
