Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, market analysis, and relationship building.
Responsibilities:

- Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads and opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment of business goals
- Lead projects related to business development and market expansion
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software
- Excellent project management abilities to drive initiatives forward
